The Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) at Stone Elementary is an organization of parents and teachers who are committed to the educational goals of our school.  The role of the PTO is to support the educational program of Stone Elementary School, to encourage parental involvement and to promote a sense of community between the parents and the teachers.  
 

Last year, through the PTO, we:

·       Raised over $7500 through the Fall Fundraiser and Concessions

·       Contributed $2000 to toward a poster machine for the school

·        Provided over $1900 for outdoor basketball goal and football field maintenance

·        Hosted Honors Programs

o       Each nine weeks

o       Year end

·        Hosted Teacher Appreciation luncheon

·        Contributed over $3000 to the teachers for school supplies, field trips, and classroom improvements

 This is just a sampling of what the PTO does to promote the welfare of our students. If you have any ideas or wish to volunteer, please feel free to contact us. Together we can make a big difference in our school!
